Refundable Sample Door Policy

At Gulf Coast Cabinetry, we understand that selecting the perfect cabinetry is an important decision. To help you choose confidently, we offer refundable sample doors under the following terms:
1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may order any number of sample doors.

The cost of up to three (3) sample doors — not exceeding a total of $75 — is refundable, excluding any shipping charges or additional delivery fees.
Refunds are available in two scenarios:

With a Complete Project Order

Once a final cabinetry order is placed, Gulf Coast Cabinetry will provide a prepaid return shipping label for up to three (3) sample doors if you wish to return them.

Refunds will be received in the form of a credit (up to $75) applied to the final invoice.

The customer is responsible for initiating returns by using the pre-paid shipping label provided by Gulf Coast Cabinetry within 30 days of completing their order.

If doors are not returned within the time frame above, Gulf Coast Cabinetry reserves the right to automatically charge the customer's original method of payment for the total value of products not returned.

Without a Complete Project Order

Customers who choose not to place an order may still return up to three (3) sample doors for a refund.

In this case, the customer is responsible for initiating the return and paying for return shipping.

Returned doors must arrive within 60 days of the original sample door purchase date.

Refunds and Credits for returned sample doors can not exceed $75 (3 door value) and will not include shipping charges or additional delivery fees accrued by the customer.
2. Return Conditions

All returned sample doors must arrive in good condition suitable for resale free from chips, scratches, un-natural color variations, or any other defects that were not present at the time of sale.

Customer who choose to return without a full kitchen order will receive their refund to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

Customers who purchase their kitchen project through Gulf Coast Cabinetry with receive their "refund" in the form of a credit applied to the final order total, we reserve the right to collect payment if customer fails to return the door(s) within the allotted time slot.

Refunds do not include shipping costs or any other fees associated with the original sample order.
3. Missed Return Window

If the sample doors are not returned within the required timeframe (45 days with an order or 60 days without), the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Customers may contact Gulf Coast Cabinetry’s management team if extenuating circumstances prevent a timely return. Extensions are granted at management’s discretion.
4. Ineligible Return Retainment
Gulf Coast Cabinetry reserves the right to retain returned items without issuing a refund if:

They are received outside of the eligible return window

They exceed the three-door refundable limit
-
They are damaged or otherwise unsellable

Customers who submit an ineligible return may request the items be returned back to them. In such cases, the customer must provide a prepaid return shipping label before Gulf Coast Cabinetry will release the product back to the customer.
