Due to liability purposes, in-home delivery is prohibited for all palletized orders, this limitation extends to attached or detached garages, sheds, and any other enclosed structure where the driver will have to enter or pass through a door.

The third-party driver reserves the right to refuse delivery where obstacles are present and may apply a limited access violation fee to the freight total. Gulf Coast Cabinetry is not responsible for fees/charges accrued due to limited access violations.

Once the delivery is received, it is the customers responsibility to transport all pieces into the home. Damages caused improper storage prior to installation will not be eligible for return or replacement.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Being present for delivery or arranging for a authorized party to be present
