Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.gulfcoastcabinetry.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Atherton & Co. LLC. This Site is an e-commerce website.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Sale of Goods

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.

The following goods are available on our Site:

  • RTA Cabinet Sample Doors

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Credit Card; and

  • Debit.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Gulf Coast Cabinetry offers direct online purchases for sample doors only. All full cabinet orders, including kitchen and bath projects, are processed via custom quotes and invoicing. Once a final estimate is approved, an invoice will be issued through our third-party payment processor, QuickBooks.

Customers agree that all payments for quoted orders must be submitted through the provided QuickBooks invoice. Orders are not considered finalized or entered into production until payment is received in full, unless otherwise specified in writing. Gulf Coast Cabinetry reserves the right to cancel or delay any order for which payment has not been received or verified.

By approving and paying an invoice, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the quoted items, quantities, and specifications as outlined. All invoice payments are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund, Return, and Warranty policies.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders with no specified rush request will be prepared and shipped within three days of the order date. Gulf Coast Cabinetry offers shipping via LTL carriers, warehouse pickup, and rush orders.

LTL Shipping

  • Standard lead time for LTL shipments is 5 - 7 business days depending on your geographic location as it applies to the warehouse.

  • The consumer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible for tractor/trailers, or a limited access fee of $100 to the consumer will apply at the time of delivery.

  • Gulf Coast Cabinetry will automatically submit the order’s tracking number to both the account and directly to the consumers email once the shipment has been picked up.

Warehouse Pickup

  • Warehouse pickup will be available within 3 business day of submitting the order.

  • Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of your confirmation email date. After this period, your order is subject to a storage fee of roughly $30/day per order, with a maximum of a $300 charge. Orders not picked up within 10 days will be returned to inventory and the consumer will be refunded the amount minus to accumulated storage fees.

Rush Orders

If the user requests a rush on their order, please select “RUSH FEE” when submitting your order, rush fee’s are dependent on current carrier’s pricing and are not controlled by Gulf Coast Cabinetry or our suppliers. By clicking the “RUSH FEE” at checkout, you agree to take on any additional charge that the carrier requires.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Replacements & Refunds

Replacement of Missing or Damaged Goods

  • Gulf Coast Cabinetry reserves the right to assess damages to the product and resolve the claim in a matter that works for both parties.

  • Damages that do not affect the structural integrity of the cabinet may not qualify for a full replacement.

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery and will require the submission of photo evidence of the damage. All damage claims must be sent to office@gulfcoastcabinetrynet with the order number and full customer name within the subject line (e.i. Subject: Jane Doe 123456).

Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

  • All returns must be authorized by Gulf Coast Cabinetry by submitting a request to office@gulfcoastcabinetrynet

  • Qualifying returns must be in their original, unopened packaging

  • When a return is requested, Gulf Coast Cabinetry will arrange the shipment to be picked up where it was originally dropped off, if the items have been moved/relocated, it is up to the consumer to detail the new pickup location, and it must be picked up from a location that is tractor/trailer accessible, otherwise the return will be denied.

  • Once the warehouse has received the return, a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee and the shipping coast to return, will be granted. It is the consumers responsibility to ensure that the payment method used for the refund is valid. Gulf Coast Cabinetry is not responsible for the amount of time it will take for the financial institution to finalize the refund.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

  1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and

  2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Consumer Protection Law

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
