Welcome to www.gulfcoastcabinetry.com ("the Site"), operated by Atherton & Co. LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this Site or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place any orders.

Products & Sales Channels
We offer two types of sales:

Sample doors are available for purchase directly on our website. These are intended for customer review and planning purposes.

Full cabinet orders are processed through a custom quote and invoicing system. Once selections are finalized, we issue an invoice through our third-party payment processor, QuickBooks. Payment must be received in full before your order is finalized unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Terms
By submitting payment through our website or QuickBooks invoice, you agree to the items, pricing, specifications, and any additional terms outlined.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
Quoted orders must be paid through the QuickBooks invoice sent to you.

Shipping and Delivery
For sample door purchases:

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after purchase.

Standard shipping rates apply and tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.
For full cabinet orders:

Orders are shipped 5 to 7 business days after production is completed.

Shipping is handled via LTL freight carriers or local pickup from designated warehouses.

Customers are responsible for any limited access delivery fees if the delivery location is not tractor/trailer accessible.

Storage fees may apply if pickup orders are not collected within 10 business days.

Returns and Damage Claims
Sample door purchases are final sale and non-returnable.
For cabinet orders:

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery to office@gulfcoastcabinetrynet with your order number and photos.

All returns must be pre-approved, must be in original unopened packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. Gulf Coast Cabinetry is not responsible for any delays caused by the customer’s financial institution.

Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping, billing, and contact information.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Use of Our Site
By creating an account or using this Site, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Site.
