At Gulf Coast Cabinetry, we partner with reputable manufacturers that stand behind their craftsmanship. Each collection is covered by a limited warranty directly from the manufacturer. While all warranties vary slightly, they generally protect against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Please review the details below for the coverage specific to each cabinet line.

1. ROC Cabinetry – One-Year Limited Warranty

Styles Covered:

European Slab:
- Natural Walnut European Slab, Glossy White European Slab, Matte Black European Slab, Matte Blue European Slab, Matte Grey European Slab, Matte White European Slab,
Traditional Shaker:
- Bright White Traditional Shaker, Cloud White Traditional Shaker, Jade Green Traditional Shaker, True Black Traditional Shaker, Natural Wood Traditional Shaker, Stone Grey Traditional Shaker, True Grey Traditional Shaker,
Slim Shaker:
- Cloud White Slim Shaker, Jade Green Slim Shaker, True Black Slim Shaker, Smokey Oak Slim Shaker,
Inset Shaker:
- Cloud White Inset Shaker, Honey Oak Inset Shaker, Truffle Brown Inset Shaker

Coverage:
ROC Cabinetry provides a One-Year Limited Warranty to the original residential purchaser. During this period, cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, hinges, and glides are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear, fading, or wood grain variation
Damage from improper installation, abuse, neglect, or moisture exposure
Alterations, modifications, or improper storage
Labor costs for removal, installation, or shipping
Discontinued or clearance items

Remedy:
If a warranty claim is approved, ROC may elect to repair or replace the defective component with an equivalent part, subject to availability. Replacement finishes may vary slightly from original due to natural aging or manufacturing differences.

Painted and glazed finishes may show small surface fractures, variations, or brush effects typical of hand-finished cabinetry — these are natural characteristics and not defects.

2. DL Cabinetry – Limited Lifetime Warranty

Styles Covered:

Linen White Shaker, Galaxy Mist Traditional Shaker, Dove Grey Traditional Shaker, Unfinished Wood Traditional Shaker, Drift Elm Traditional Shaker

Coverage:
DL Cabinetry offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on cabinetry parts and materials and a Ten-Year Warranty on drawer glides and hinges for as long as the original homeowner owns the property where the cabinets were installed. All products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

Misuse, abuse, alteration, or improper installation
Exposure to moisture, humidity, or temperature extremes
Normal aging or natural variation in wood color and grain
Hairline cracks in painted finishes
Labor, removal, or reinstallation costs

Remedy:
DL Cabinetry may repair or replace defective components with comparable styles available at the time of claim. Replacement components may vary slightly in color or appearance due to natural wood aging or product changes.

3. GHI Custom Cabinetry – Five-Year Limited Warranty

Styles Covered:

Beveled Shaker: Coastal Sand Beveled Shaker, Pale Wheat Beveled Shaker
Transitional Shaker: Rustic Oak Transitional Shaker, Rustic Walnut Transitional Shaker
Traditional Shaker: Harbor Greige Traditional Shaker

Coverage:
GHI Custom Cabinetry warrants its products to the original homeowner for five (5) years from the purchase date. Cabinets are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to:

Natural wood aging, darkening, or grain variation
Normal wear, discoloration from sunlight, smoke, or cleaning products
Improper storage, installation, or modification
Commercial or rental property use
Labor, shipping, or removal costs

Remedy:
GHI may repair or replace the affected component once during the original warranty period. Replacements may include parts of comparable design and finish available at the time of service. Finish tone or texture variations are expected and not considered defects.

4. CNC Cabinetry – Limited Lifetime Warranty

Styles Covered:

Soft White Value Shaker, Deep Mocha Value Shaker, Harvest Wheat Value Shaker, Haze Grey Value Shaker, Pacific Grey Value Shaker

Coverage:
CNC Cabinetry provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original residential purchaser for as long as they own their home. Cabinets are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential conditions.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or color changes from light exposure
Damage from excessive humidity, dryness, or temperature fluctuations
Improper installation, handling, or cleaning
Flooding, fire, or other natural events
Commercial or rental applications
Labor, shipping, or installation expenses

Remedy:
CNC may repair or replace defective parts or issue a product credit toward similar available styles if the original has been discontinued. Replacement finishes may not exactly match due to aging or manufacturing variations.

5. Additional Warranty & Cabinet Care Information

General Warranty Limitations and Consumer Responsibilities

All manufacturer warranties are limited to defects in materials or workmanship. The following conditions apply to all cabinetry sold by Gulf Coast Cabinetry:

Warranties apply only to original residential purchasers and are non-transferable.
Cabinets must be properly installed in a controlled indoor environment.
Damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, excessive moisture, neglect, alteration, or cleaning with harsh chemicals voids all warranties.
Natural variations in wood grain, knots, finish tone, or texture are not defects.
Normal expansion and contraction of wood joints may occur and are not covered.

Humidity Advisory & Cabinet Care:Wood naturally expands and contracts with seasonal humidity changes. To protect your investment, maintain indoor humidity between 35%–50% and a stable temperature range. Conditions below 20% or above 80% may cause wood movement and are not covered under warranty.
